Give me some flow and some Sun Salutations! This session is a consistent flow of a few different forms of Sun Salutations. You will do Sun Salutation A, B, Classic Sun Salutations and more! The Sun Salutations are the basis of all Vinyasa Flow or Power Yoga programs. Here you will learn the basics and learn how to modify when you need to. Enjoy, follow your own rhythms and energy levels. Always breathe and never push into pain. See you on the mat!
