Hi Tony. I’m mid-way through the 2nd month of the program. So far I love it. An issue I run into is tightness and discomfort in my psoas and quadratus femoris near the sciatic nerve; something I’ve lived with, off and on, from years of sports and dancing. I power through it fine in the work outs, but do you have any tips, techniques, stretches or recommendations for working those muscles?
Hi Tony , which is the lean workout combo for weight loss ? I’m 5ft 4 and weigh 15 stone I’m 45. I need to get back to 12 stone .
Hello there. So happy to be back working out with Tony again. Been through all of his programs. Just need some clarification. I see 3 versions of the Power 4 program: Standard, Burn and Build. However, I don't see any explanation of the differences in terms of goals and purpose for each of these. I am sure I am just missing seeing a video or explainer on this. Lastly - which is most advanced of these 3 and which is most advanced between power 4 and the 60 program?
I’m 58, on oxygen and completely out of shape. Where do I start?
Is there a supplement guide? I'm a 50+ male and not sure which of the "My Power Life" supplements would be best for me.
Tony, love your programs. Have been with you since P90 and all the series of it. Started those in the mid 2000’s. I’m now 68 and give you and your team credit for how great I feel. Thank you for sharing your expertise. Blessings to you! ~tom o
It has been so long since P90x I need explanations of what to do. Is there a Who has your back for dummies?
Hi Tony and Team. Just wanted to say thank you for all the hard work that goes into these programs. I've been a member since early 2022 and done all the Power of 4 calendars multiple times. I can say they definitely work - I have lost 30 lbs and I'm in the best shape of my life (37m) and I was an athlete all through high school and college!
I'm going to start branching out to the other workouts, the primal series looks absurd in the best way possible. Do you have any recommendations on where I should look for more workouts? Or any future plans to add more calendars to the OG Power of 4? Thanks!
